Flow State, an evening guided by Brooklyn, Kat, & Lauren

We’re uniting our creative flow to immerse you in yours—bringing something completely new to the community.

The evening begins with a guided meditative sound bath led by Terra Firma, designed to ease you into theta brainwaves—those deeply relaxed states where creativity, intuition, and vivid imagery come alive.

From that grounded, open space, Brooklyn will guide you through her intuitive painting process—a playful, exploratory practice that favors feeling over form and presence over perfection. No rules, no pressure—just curiosity, color, and connection.

Snacks & drinks, supplies, and vibes provided!

When: Fri Aug 1, 7-9 pm

Where: Brooklyn Day Studio in Sugar House (address given upon booking)

How: $75 per person or $140 per couple/friends — Venmo @bklynday with your email address to save your space

Please bring something cozy for the sound bath, if you’d like (such as a blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc - mats will be provided).
